The Tin Roof  has been Charleston's home away from home for local and touring musical acts for over eight years. We also host trivia, parties, competitions, craft bazaars, private events, dance-offs, movie nights, video game nights, all sorts of local and touring comedy acts and so much more.  See you soon!

Our lot can be a little tricky. Please carpool when you can. Do not park on the side street by Tin Roof (Hobart Ave.) The neighbors will call the police and your car will be towed. If parking in the neighborhood, please be respectful of our neighbors (don't litter and keep the noise down).You can park in the grassy area behind Seegar's Dental Center. Park at your own risk in the Seegar's Dental Center lot as well as the lot belonging to the business park across Hwy 61. There are towing signs at both lots; however, we rarely see tow trucks. Again, park at your own risk in these lots.
